Terms of Service

Plain-language summary: by using this site you agree these terms. The Assessment and Performance Review Call are not medical advice. Payments for the Performance Review Call are processed by Stripe via Cal.com. Coaching is a separate application-based service, not an automatic purchase.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing tiltlab.net or using the Assessment, Performance Review Call, or Coaching application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Services

  • Assessment — a free, self-reported quiz that produces a score and a top result category. It is a signal, not a diagnosis.
  • Performance Review Call — a paid 30-minute 1:1 call ($69), booked and paid for through Cal.com/Stripe.
  • Coaching — a paid 3-month 1:1 program ($2,500). Access to Coaching is by application; submitting the form is not a purchase and does not guarantee acceptance. Payment terms for Coaching are agreed individually after acceptance.

3. Not medical advice

TiltLab is a performance-focused biology and coaching service. Nothing on this site, in the Assessment, on a Performance Review Call, or during Coaching is medical diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed physician. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

4. Payments

Performance Review Call payments are processed by Stripe at the time of booking. We do not store your card details. All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations and refunds

See our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. User conduct

You agree to provide accurate information in the Assessment and application forms, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content on tiltlab.net, including the Assessment questions, scoring methodology, and written material, belongs to TiltLab and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

TiltLab, its coaches, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Assessment, Performance Review Call, or Coaching, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of specific outcomes.

9. Third-party services

Booking is handled by Cal.com, payment by Stripe, and email by MailerLite. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' own terms.

10. Governing law

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
