Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Performance Review Call ($69)

Cancellation: you can reschedule or cancel your Performance Review Call through the link in your Cal.com confirmation email up to 24 hours before your scheduled time, at no charge.

Late cancellation / no-show: cancellations made less than 24 hours before the call, or a no-show, are non-refundable, since the slot was reserved for you.

Refunds: if you're not able to attend for a genuine emergency, contact remcogombert@tiltlab.net and we'll work with you on rescheduling. Refunds outside of this are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

2. Coaching ($2,500 / 3 months)

Coaching begins only after your application is accepted and payment terms are agreed individually. Refund and cancellation terms for Coaching are agreed in writing before any payment is made.

3. Performance Review Call credit toward Coaching

Your $69 Performance Review Call is credited in full toward the cost of Coaching if you enroll within 30 days of your Performance Review Call. This credit is not transferable and has no cash value on its own.

4. How payments are processed

All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

5. Assessment

The Assessment is free. There is nothing to refund.
