1. Who we are

TiltLab operates tiltlab.net. For any privacy question, contact us at remcogombert@tiltlab.net.

2. What we collect

• Email address — when you submit the free Assessment or apply for Coaching.
• Assessment responses — your answers to the 15-question quiz, your computed score, and your top result category (e.g. "Energy stability"). These are stored against your email in our email platform so we can send you your personalized result.
• Booking information — if you book a Performance Review Call, Cal.com collects your name, email, and timezone to schedule the call and generate the Google Meet link.
• Payment information — if you pay for a Performance Review Call, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect, see, or store your card number, expiry date, or CVC on our own systems at any point.
• Usage data — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors move through the site (e.g. assessment started, assessment completed, booking started). This is aggregate behavioral data, not linked to your name unless you've also given us your email elsewhere.

3. Who processes your data

• MailerLite — stores your email address and assessment answers, and sends your result email and any follow-up emails. MailerLite's privacy policy.
• Cal.com — handles scheduling or the Performance Review Call. Cal.com's privacy policy.
• Stripe — handles payment processing for paid offers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant; your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — collects anonymized/aggregated usage data. Google's privacy policy.

4. Why we collect it

To send you your assessment result, to schedule and deliver the Performance Review Call or Coaching you've booked or purchased, to improve the site and funnel based on aggregate behavior, and to respond if you contact us.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email and assessment data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Booking and payment records are retained as required by Cal.com's and Stripe's own retention policies and applicable tax/accounting law.

6. Your rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your data by emailing remcogombert@tiltlab.net. If you are in the EU/UK, this includes rights under GDPR; if you are a California resident, this includes rights under CCPA.

7. Not medical advice

The Assessment, Performance Review Call, and Coaching are performance-focused services, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Nothing collected or discussed through TiltLab constitutes a medical record or medical advice.
